Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

On the ground floor, covering approximately 95 m², you will find a modernized kitchen/living room from 2026 with a smart TV (streaming services can be used with your own access data), a bright bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a small hallway. We fulfilled a dream with this house on the lake. Enjoy this idyll with lake, forest, nature and lots of peace and quiet! The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake views. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
