The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With the help of many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. Through continuous growth and change, an idyllic place has emerged – and continues to emerge – with space for 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the studio area, which is mainly used privately.

It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

The newly renovated vacation home is located in the center of Grünz village, surrounded by the beautiful Randowtal. The cozy kitchen-living room offers a fireplace and a sofa bed. In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

A few larger animals are soon to move into our 7000 sqm former small farm. The bees already live here and produce the delicious linden blossom honey. Behind the house you can quickly get to the forest and the fields. Upstairs in the house is a large, bright room with two beds as well as 2 desks for relaxed work. Downstairs is a large kitchen-living room with access to the garden – orchard/vegetable garden as well as the other bedroom.
