Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

It is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony in a southwest location and offers an optimal starting point for many interesting excursion destinations and bike tours in Schl.-Holst. The canoe station and marina are only 8, baker and butcher are a 4-minute walk away. Edeka, ALDI, LIDL 6 km. Free bicycle storage is available. Apartment in a quiet village location between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea and not far from the Schlei. It was only completed in 2023. It can accommodate up to two people plus an older child. The apartment is fully furnished including dishes and bed linens and the kitchen also offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The car can be parked on the fenced property. Where charging is also possible for a fee. The garden with seating area offers plenty of space to linger.

In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement.
