Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. The apartment is located in the lovely Kongsvang, which is a safe and quiet area in walking and cycling distance to the city centre (2,5 km. from the city centre), Aros and Tivoli. Public transportation is available 2 min. from the apartment (bus) and there is FREE PARKING at the apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery store. Children and dogs will feel right at home, as our home offers a well-equipped fenced garden. There is also a playground just around the corner (50 meters). An ideal base to explore the best of the city and the beach.

Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Beautiful newly renovated holiday apartment located in the basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.

There is a hallway and toilet with a shower. Similarly, there are two rooms with two beds each. There is access to a large lovely terrace. Bikes are available to rent.

Here you live centrally with a short distance to Aarhus C and a few minutes' walk to the light rail. In the area, you will find good shopping opportunities as well as some of Aarhus' most popular attractions, including Tivoli Friheden and Marselisborg Dyrehave.
