In the summer, you can enjoy mountain climbing and mountain biking at Mt. Irusaka, where the flowers are in full bloom. Fujimi Kogen Resort is a 15-minute drive. The accommodation is perfect for families with children. It is very quiet because there are no houses around, and in the morning, the sound of small birds is lively. It is a distance from the station and supermarket, and a car is necessary. Be sure to have winter tires and chains in the winter. Please note that there is no air conditioner. There is a fan. In Ohinata, Sakuho-town, Nagano-pref. We built a small cottage at a mountain side of the natural woodland which separated for a while from the colony. The time flows graceful here, while the interval of farm labor or works in the mountain. It is a special time to have Coffee or Beer while looking at Mt. Morai on the other side. You can spend time, being surrounded by nature... reading books slowly, taking a walk the mountain, listening songs of birds while lie on a hammock in the forest.

How about staying a luxury 6 bed room villa? Our villa is walkable distance to Michi-no-Eki, Onsen, 7/11, restaurant and park. There is no houses in neighbor and very quiet area so you can enjoy BBQ party or any group event. We also have fire pit place at our beautiful garden! Quiet time is after 10pm. Please not make loud noises or loud music. The villa can occupy 16 people so it's perfect for group traveler and several family with children. We have big bath tub so please relax!

Next door is an old shrine and nature, which is very quiet. The lake can also be reached on foot. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's very convenient for sightseeing in Fuji Five Lakes. We have a free parking & Rental bicycles .

I renovated this house to comfortable satying. If you will travel with your own car (incl rental car) , to stay this house is one of the good choice. This house is located between Karuizawa and Matsumoto Castle. ---About 60minutes to both places by car. Also close to Shinkansen Station "Sakudaira" and "Ueda" ---About 30minutes to both station by car. Very close to Supermarket, Convenience store, Onsen (japaese hot springs), and local restaruant.
