The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. For bookings during the 2026 summer holiday period (stays from 21 July to 31 August), children up to primary school age stay free of charge.[When making a reservation, please do not include this in the headcount.] About equipment and equipment Heating is equipped with underfloor heating on all floors on the 1st floor.
