Great family cabin in the high mountains, with proximity to fishing waters and many nice hiking opportunities! The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 7 beds. The bedrooms are small, but there is enough space for a holiday week. Storage room with washing machine and space for storing clothes, hiking equipment and clothes drying. Parking on the outside of the cabin and short access from Fv50 Fishing rights in Leinotjørn 20 min walk from the cabin. A great trip for the family. Possibility for boat fishing in Strandavann, must be agreed upon in advance.

Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

Large and cozy family cabin at Ustaoset

The cabin is located 5 km west of Ustaoset, about 100 meters from highway 7. Road all the way up which was plowed in the winter. There is amazing hiking terrain in summer and winter. The cabin is from 1950. It has been modernized and expanded in 2015. There are nice outdoor areas where you can enjoy the amazing view of Ustevann and Hardangervidda. A well-behaved dog is welcome. Guests must bring bed linen and towels. Guests must clean before departure, but may choose to use our regular help for washing (see below).

A charming cabin with a wood-fired hot tub, rowing boat, fire pan and a large wood-fired sauna with a view. Here you live in a secluded location by Strandafjorden, surrounded by forest and nature – with the feeling of being far away, while Ål town centre is only a few minutes away. There is no electricity or running water, but everything you need for a real, cosy and atmospheric cabin experience. After a day out, you can light the wood-burning stove, enjoy a hot tub or take a trip to the sauna with a view of the water.

Tabu (Geilo)

Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. NOK 75 per passing up to the hut by automatic camera-monitored toll road. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer, and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter. Bed linen and towels included!

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.

I am sure you will enjoy a stay in Geilo and my apartment. Geilo is a beautiful place in winter as summer. It has a lot of activities all season. Ski slopes, cross-country skiing, fishing, walks in the mountains, shopping, restaurants, train station close to the apartment etc ... Geilo offer free bus to all lifts from the big parking by the roundabout. You can bye your fresh bread in the shop on the first floor from 7 am. I wish all my guests welcome and have a lovely stay in Geilo.

A cozy apartment 2 km from the center of Geilo, 150 m from the Ustedalsfjord with a beach, running/bike trails and paddling in summer and ski trails in winter. A mountain biking paradise (trails, pump tracks, downhill mountain biking are close). The apartment is simple; it has its own entrance, two bedrooms, bathroom, a patio, full kitchen and floor heating throughout the apartment. There is parking for one car on the property. We speak Norwegian, English and Dutch.
