New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
