The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. New beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows, etc. Branäs ski resort 7 km, Långberget cross-country skiing 12 km, Trysil ski resort 90 km, bathhouse 500 m. Fishing, scooter, cycling, skating, hiking. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎

The house is located in the small community of Likenäs with proximity to grocery store and gas station and about 5 km to the foot of the mountain. Perfect accommodation for the whole family both summer and winter as the surroundings have a lot to offer for skiing, biking, hiking, paddling or maybe just enjoying the Värmland tranquility.

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)
