Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supplied by a solar panel. Mobile phone charging via USB socket. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor barbecue (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a fridge, and a gas hob/cooker. There are plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There are also frying pans and saucepans. There is no water supplied, so we will fill a water bottle with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing up. Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

The cabin is built in 2008 and situated next to Høle river, 400m from the sea. Great possibilities to go fishing, horseback riding and hiking in the mountains. Rowing boat with an engine is available (14 feet and 15 hp). Close to tourist attractions like Lysefjorden, Prekestolen ( Pulpit rock) and Kjerag. 500m from grocery store. You will find the amusement park 'Kongeparken' only 22 kilometres from the cabin. Sandnes City is a 20 minute drive.

The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
