Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy cottage with the forest around the corner. Small toilet in the main building and separate service building with wood sauna, relax, shower, toilet and washing machine. Quiet and secluded location - here the kids can play freely. Good opportunities for skiing on hiking. Marked snowmobile trail about 150 meters from the cabin. Information about the manager can be obtained at Nordvärmland's snowmobile club. There is Wifi. Finnskogleden goes through the village and Långberget offers an extensive system of ski tracks.

Here you can relax and let your soul rest. The forest is close by and the mountains are within a reasonable driving distance. Berries and mushrooms in the fields when it's the season for this. There is a rowing boat and wood for the fireplace. Bathroom with shower and sink. Outdoor toilet outside the cottage. Full working kitchen. One double bed in one bedroom. In the sleeping alcove there are four beds and in the kitchen a sofa bed. A fantastic living room decorated in the old boathouse. A wood-burning sauna right on the edge of the lake.

Dining area for 8 people in the TV room/ living room and dining area for 5 people in the kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. I den vackra byn Fjällbäcken i Lindvallen ligger vår lägenhet. I området finns pool och padelbana (poolens öppettider juni-augusti). Fjällbäcken är ett nybyggt område 2024 och vår lägenhet är belägen ca 250 meter från nya liften Söderåsen Express (med uppvärmda säten m.m). Härifrån når du alla backar i Lindvallen. Det mesta hittar du på gångavstånd som Experium med äventyrsbad, spa, bowling, restauranger och affärer. Även närhet till längdspår, vandringsleder, klätterpark och cykelstigar/trail.

The large kitchen/dining area gives the group a relaxed place to cook and drink together, and enjoy a meal after a full day in the snow. The living area has a fireplace and fast wifi. A general store within walking distance will make sure you do not run out of anything, including petrol.

After a gravel road up on a mountain in the heart of the fine forest you will find the tranquility of this gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.

The timbered house is 40 m² and consists of a large cottage with sofa corner, kitchen area and dining area, one bedroom, hall, tiled bathroom with washing machine as well as fast wifi. On the property, there is also our larger cabin, which we sometimes use or rent out.
