Ski in/out in snow (otherwise 150 meters to the system) It is located in a beautiful environment overlooking the west side of Branäsberget. Guests clean up after themselves. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

There are most of the amenities you could wish for. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.
