The cottage belongs to the Forge from the 19th century, which gave its name to the road. 200 meters from the cottage is the local history museum, which offers guided tours and various activities. There is also the church ruin from the Middle Ages. Below is the adventure pool and beach. Vallstigen, a beautiful hiking trail, starts from here. Pump water out of the well, stroll on the gravel road, cycle, walk, yes, the possibilities are many. The cottage has two terraces where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe or just have a coffee on the bridge. The neighborhood is great for running and cycling with nice bike trails. Also, the possibility of swimming and fishing in nearby lakes. By car, you can reach Järvsö in 3 minutes.

3 km south of Järvsö is our greeting farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guest house with a fantastic view of the Ljusnan valley. On the farm, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping-pong. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area that is fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you get the feeling.
