Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire 2nd floor of the house, private garden with terrace outside the red outhouse. The location is one of the sunniest in eastern Norway, with sunshine until around 10 pm in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Long ground for small and jumping from the bathing jetty for the big ones. Several beaches within walking distance. Play skittles, badminton, boccia or croquet, or enjoy the sun and have a barbecue in the garden. Picking currants, redcurrants, rhubarb and Morello cherries, and watching butterflies. Annex by the lake

Annexe measuring 15 m² next to the host's cabin, located 5 metres from the water. The cabin is west facing, with beautiful sun conditions in shielded surroundings. Enjoy the sun, water and forest, here it is both hiking, berry and mushroom terrain, you can also fish without a card. You'll hear the sound of both cows and chickens in the distance, and the wind rushing in the pine trees. *NOTE*: there is no road all the way to the end. It is a 200-metre row, or about a 500-metre walk from the car park. You live alone in the annexe, and the outdoor area is the fence in. Animals are welcome!

Short drive to Drammen (30 min), Oslo (1 hour), Tusenfryd (40 min). The cabin is less than 100 meters from the lake, and has its own beach line only five minutes away. Forest behind. Canoes can be rented. The tenant should have his/her own car, as there are few buses on weekends. Bus stop outside. Bed linen can be rented. Rent a caravan in the area as well😊

This place is amazingly nice in summer with many cozy small beaches in the immediate vicinity, popular Knivsfjell and coastal path leading to Holmsbu city center after a 20-minute walk. Holmsbu is a well-known summer paradise with southern idyll just 1 hour from Oslo city center. Here you will find cozy cafés, restaurants and shops. During the summer there are many concerts and activities in Holmsbu. This area has to be experienced!

There are several zones, and a lovely outdoor area with barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden room and several seating groups. There is a short distance to the swimming area and lake, and a short walk to the city center with shops. The house has 3 floors with a basement, attic, and a large living room with dining room on the main floor. Plenty of room for two families.
