Approx. 105 sqm. The home is located in a quiet cottage area with proximity to both forest and lake. Two outdoor spaces are accessible from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area by the fjord. 1.5 km to the bus stop. 2 km to the city center.

There is a short distance to the city center, beaches and restaurants, so this is really a nice place to enjoy the summer days. One parking space can be available, but it must be agreed upon in advance. For two guests: please let us know if you would like separate rooms. Let us know if you need a baby bed (travel bed).
