There is plenty of opportunity for lots of activities such as wilderness swimming, shelter, table tennis, pool and darts. In addition, the farm is located in the middle of absolutely fantastic nature with Husby Klitplantage as the nearest neighbor, as well as well as 1 km to the fjord and 3.5 km to the North Sea, so beautiful nature experiences await just outside the door!

Cozy apartment on the 1st floor in a two-family house. The apartment consists of a living room with TV, dining table and good double sofa bed. Bedroom with two new beds that can be separated, bedroom with a bed and bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is coffee and tea. Salt/pepper and oil. Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on the 1st floor. For the little ones, there is a weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

With the opportunity to see wild animals and other things right outside the door. There's plenty of room in the big grass area. Weber grill for free use. Indoor wood-burning stove and you can just take the wood that is there. There's also a new heat pump/AC. There are plenty of experience opportunities close to the neighborhood. Here you can be in peace and quiet, and be close to nature.

The cottage was newly renovated in 2023 and has preserved the original authentic cottage style. On the terrace there is sun all day and the beautiful view can be enjoyed. Location. Nice, open house in the first row to the lake. The house is a brick-built villa where you rent the ground floor and 1st floor. (The basement is closed.) Nice lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Bicycle rental. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants and walking in Søedalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches. You can always get in touch with the owner by phone if needed.

Only 15-20 minutes from Holstebro and Ulfborg town, where there is the possibility of shopping, grocery shopping, swimming pool, cinema, etc. Nature is close, and there is a great opportunity to see wildlife such as deer, hares, foxes, etc. Nice place for the family who wants to slow down and go for some nice walks in the woods and nature.
