It is about 850 m to the sea. The garden is lovely. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor. Heating is with air-to-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood-burning stove. Electricity costs DKK 2.75 per kWh, water costs DKK 47 per m3. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, this costs DKK 75 per person.
