Holiday rentals in Holualoa

Fantastic stay for our first time on big island. Keoni’s place was awesome. Updated everything,Tons of space, ac was great. Nice outdoor spaces for morning and evening. Also close 5-10 drive to shopping, grocery and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to best beaches on island. And honestly Spencer beach park was our favorite. 20 minutes, soft sand, small waves, tons of shade. Would stay at Keoni’s place again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for a great stay Keoni.

Seriously paradise. It met all my desires for a beach vacation: It is right across the street from Magic sands beach - the condo is set back, so about a 4 minute walk. I think it is the only sandy beach in the area. A 3 minute drive to amazing snorkeling in a protected bay/ cove. A 10 minute drive to great shops and restaurants. You have your own parking spot. Re: the condo- Quiet, and I am a light sleeper. Chorus of birds in the trees on the property begins at dawn. They are the alarm clock I've always wanted. They get more quiet after the initial greeting of the day. The apartment has all the amenities, including good kitchen knives for cooking, pots and pans in good shape, olive oil, pls more. All the beach gear and snorkeling gear you could want. You have a partial ocean view from the lanai, it is really nice to sit out at the table and eat while gazing at the water and hills. Do be safe at this beach - big waves break right on sand - just use common sense and you will be fine.

First of all, the area was amazing!! Manini beach was literally a 2-3 minute walk down the road for great snorkeling (gear is provided, if you need it) with a path for some amazing sunsets. There are a couple of fruit stands in the neighborhood, which was great for my mother’s daily banana stroll. You can see the bay from the amazing lanai that we spent so much time on to watch the snorkelers, kayakers and dolphins. The house itself was great! Split into half, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on either side, separated by an open concept living room and kitchen. The dining room is outside…where else would you want to sit down and eat? There were A/Cs in the bedrooms if you needed them, but the ocean breeze was usually enough for most of my party. There were lots of spices in the cabinets for cooking and some staples leftover from past renters. The long, winding and narrow roads make some great scenery, but also make your trip to anywhere else a bit long. I would definitely stay again.

Directions, and accomodations, were great, and view from the balcony was mind blowing. Superhost is an understatement.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Justin‘s place. It is very spacious and we were a family of five. My mom, my husband and my two daughters. The kitchen was fully stacked, and the mattresses were super comfortable. The snorkeling gear was a little old so we ended up buying our own gear. The area was great. Very close to a swimming beach and a beach for snorkeling. Justin was very responsive. Always replied right away and very helpful. We hope to come back someday soon!

Had our family of six stay for 11 nights during spring break. Lisa’s place is nicely decorated in the Hawaiian theme.The unit is located in the Hali’i Kai resort, an upscale community in Waikoloa area. The condo was exactly as described, and we were more than comfortable there. Quick walk to the beautiful pool and right next to the pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. We saw whales from the pool deck, and the location is a great launching place to explore Hawaii. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for the great beaches in the area. Anything you need and Lisa will have her designate help you. Would definitely recommend this condo, and would return in a heartbeat!

This condo was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was top notch. The closet and front hall held everything you might need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand toys, etc. Vincent responded quickly and pleasantly to messages. The complex was quiet and nicely landscaped. We would definitely stay there again.

Such an amazing feeling walking in the door to a clean, pristine, organized, beautiful space. Lots of room for the price and great fitting for 3-4 people. No one was standing on eachother, where I’ve stayed at places for the same price and we were so tight so this was refreshing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower was so clean and wonderful, everything was organized and easy to use and understand. I am beyond happy with my stay and I do recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place in town where you can walk into town and go shopping or eating and not be directly on the main road having to hear loud cars pass by. This place was quiet and amazing. 10/10 Thank you so much

Very beautiful and comfortable spot, in a great location! The community pool and grills were nice and convenient for days when you didn’t feel like driving to a beach and staying in and grilling up dinner. Having a washer / dryer in unit was also a wonderful touch. About a mile walk to the Kona strip, with restaurants and such, (road has a dedicated bike / walking lane, so felt safe doing so).
