The property is private yet close to the highway and less than 4 miles from food, fuel, and other essentials. There is ample parking and a fire pit!

There is a 14’ Jonboat with trolling motor for use on the water (2" ball to move the boat is provided). Enjoy relaxing in the enclosed front porch or the wrap around deck with views of the 180-acre working crop farm. Guests can enjoy a nice stroll around the farm, drop a line in the stocked pond, and spend time around the fire talking and roasting smore's. Ask your host about group events and hayrides around the farm.

Ample parking, wheelchair ramp and covered parking are available. The house has lovely views of a 20-acre, semi-private lake. There are outdoor seating areas, a dock and a fire pit. The dock is shared with another Airbnb property. It's an easy drive to restaurants, parks, and all that scenic western Kentucky has to offer.
