Brick Street Bungalow

This unique apartment is perfectly nestled off Main Street & Benders Alley in the Village of Zionsville. Short walking distance to shops, coffee, wine, restaurants, parks and more! We are 10-30 minutes away from many locations! One bed/One bath located on second floor of building. We have drip coffee, French press, toaster, oven, microwave & 2 smart TVs for you to log into. The green couch folds down into a full sized bed if needed. We hope you enjoy this little gem!!

This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
