The house is built in 1905, there are hardwood floors and high ceilings in every room. Bedroom with double bed and space for cot - Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with 2 sleeping places, TV, wifi, books and games - Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, - Bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle, washing machine. Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, village idyllic. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km.) Large common area with grass on the plot. Reasonably cheap heating and hot water. There is geothermal heating and good insulation.
