The home is located in a scenic area, only 8,3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.

The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, field, and forest. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.
