Newly decorated and furnished for 2021, you enter your private suite on the ground floor, walking straight into the new beautifully fitted kitchen complete with appliances, elegant dining area perfect for relaxed and cozy romantic candle lit dinners. Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

This well equipped and comfortable cosy cottage has a wood burning stove, Wifi and smart TV and is tastefully furnished with comfy beds to ensure your stay is relaxing and refreshing. Within walking distance is a dog friendly pub with many other pubs, restaurants and an array of attractions and activities within a short drive.

With luxury holiday homes set in tranquil surroundings the park creates a peaceful escape from everyday life. Right next to the Trans Pennine Trail so perfect for walking & cycling holidays. The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Located on a quiet street with views overlooking the beautiful Minster, the property provides 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 guests and has off street parking for 3 cars. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.
