It has air conditioning, heating, a kitchen, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and all the amenities to try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is bright and very quiet, you will see that you have no problems resting, and it is located in an unbeatable area of the historic center, 500m from the Barajas Metro station. I wanted to create a unique open space combining modern layout features, trendy furniture, traditional details and above all top qualities. The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. It reflects all the love and care I put into it. Is definitely a place that stimulates your senses and puts you on the right mood to discover such an amazing city.

The terrace features a comfortable seating area, including a modern sofa and chairs arranged around a coffee table. Lush plants provide a natural touch, while a wooden deck adds warmth to the space. Views of the surrounding city skyline are visible in the background.

This modern penthouse with original wood beams with a beautiful planted terrace, nested on the top floor of a 1900 building will enable you to unwind with beautiful views after a day walking in the city. It is very quiet and super comfortable. You will find everything you need to spend a wonderful time in Madrid. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided and the Internet connection is very good. One of the best locations in Madrid! You can walk to almost everywhere in the center.

Pool (summer), gym, tennis, paddle and basketball court, and a wonderful garden. Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Madrid. Juan Pablo II Park a few meters away. Very close to IFEMA, the Palacio de Congresos, Clínica Universidad de Navarra, and the airport, with excellent connections to the rest of Madrid.

Best location, right in the center of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator. Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location!

My girlfriend Ari and I just finished a world trip and loved Airbnb so much we wanted to share our home in Madrid with other travelers. The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people.
