Hello, we offer our entire apartment in Barajas, recently renovated and converted into a spacious loft. It has air conditioning, heating, a kitchen, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and all the amenities to try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is bright and very quiet, you will see that you have no problems resting, and it is located in an unbeatable area of the historic center, 500m from the Barajas Metro station. This great and spacious 60m2 loft is located in the Ciudad Lineal neighbourhood in Madrid, one street away from Alcalá street with all kind of services (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc..). Only 200 m (3min walking distance) to the metro station Pueblo Nuevo, with lines 5 and 7. Direct to the centre of Madrid in approx 30mn by Underground. With quick access by car to the M30. With capacity for up to 4 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city.

Very close to IFEMA, the Palacio de Congresos, Clínica Universidad de Navarra, and the airport, with excellent connections to the rest of Madrid

Cosy and warm at Madrid's heart. A real finding.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. Temporary rental for non-tourist purposes. Online registration and contract signing are mandatory.

My girlfriend Ari and I just finished a world trip and loved Airbnb so much we wanted to share our home in Madrid with other travelers. The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people.
