From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water jug. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.
