Mountaintop is surrounded by lakes & trails. Guests tell us they think it's an amazing view -- 'million-dollar view' --and it's affordable, too! The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

Charming waterfront condo on Lake Hamilton

Waterfront condo in a gated complex with beautiful views of Lake Hamilton. Only a short drive of 10-15 minutes or less to many Hot Springs National Park Attractions such as Oaklawn Horse Racing/Casino, Garvin Gardens, Historic Bathhouse Row, Magic Springs & more. There is a large shared saltwater pool that opens for the summer months. ( Approx. late May thru early October) The property also has shared BBQ and picnic areas with lots of green space. There are 2 swim docks for lake access.

A bright bedroom is seen with large windows offering views of the waterfront. A spacious bed with soft pillows is positioned next to the glass doors, allowing natural light to fill the room. Light-colored curtains frame the windows, creating a calming atmosphere.
