Our newly remodeled Best Court Cottages offer a unique experience in the Hot Springs Historic District! Spacious floor plans feature white pine walls with stylish furnishings and full kitchens.

We are located minutes away from the most popular attractions including the famous Bathhouse Row, North Woods Trail, Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Garvan Gardens, the Entertainment District and our Beautiful Lakes.

The space
Upon arrival you will notice the exterior’s distinct Swiss style chalet architecture with clean white brick and wooden gables. Each chalet is thoughtfully curated to allow relaxation in a cozy cabin-like setting while enjoying the convenience of short drives to Hot Springs’ prime destinations. Also, the award-winning Best Cafe and Bar is located on the property just a few steps away. Our property is located on Ouachita Avenue near Central Avenue in downtown.

Throughout the space, the white pine walls and tasteful decor gives it a clean and uncluttered feel. This unit has 1 comfortable King size bed with crisp fine linens, WIFI, a 65” Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. Also includes a nice sized closet in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is well-appointed with cabinets and beautiful countertops, full size fridge/freezer combination with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, and stove. Cooking essentials such as pots and pans, dishes and silverware are included. A kitchen bar with two stools is perfect
Multiple cottages can be rented to accommodate groups, friends and family gatherings. This property was established in 1933 and fully remodeled in 2023. Our sister property, the Best Court Cottages, were recently renovated as well and continues to offer excellent hospitality while building memories in a remarkable destination.
