Located near Downtown Hot Springs, this Mid-Century style space is retro chic! Built in 1933, this historic landmark was recently transformed into a hip and stylish destination.

Our prime location is minutes away from the most popular attractions including the famous Bathhouse Row, North Woods Trail, Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Garvan Gardens, the Entertainment District and our Beautiful Lakes. Our friendly team is eager to help make your visit comfortable, memorable and special!

The space
This classic Americana style space pays homage to the iconic “Motor-lodge” which continues to take root in popularity. Its ideal for the fun-seeking and business traveler. The award-winning Best Cafe and Bar, located on the property, is a favorite among locals and visitors. They feature a breakfast and lunch menu by Executive Chef Joshua Garland and Sous Chef James Debray. A full service bar is available alongside a handcrafted cocktail menu.

This spacious cottage has all new furniture and upgraded, nice comfortable linens. It has two Queen Beds and a spacious bathroom with a tub and shower. A convenient bedside nightstand provides a charging cube for USB devices. There is also a refrigerator, sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, a designated work space with high speed internet, and a flat screen with Direct TV.

Though autos are not allowed in the attached garage, it is perfect to use for a secure area to lock away your mountain bike, kayak or additional cargo. Many of our guests open the garage door and use it as a shaded seating area to enjoy the outdoors. A cedar bench is also provided on your front porch so you can enjoy the scenery and cool breezes.

Multiple spaces can be rented to accommodate groups, friends and family gatherings. We have been in continuous operation since 1933 and have remained a favorite destination for many of our regular guests. Much has changed in Hot Springs since then but we like to think that some things still remain the same... such as offering the “Best” overnight-away-from-home experience to our friends and guests!
