Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *Winter 2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. The living area features a great sized kitchen, dining area and comfortable couches. There is also a huge balcony overlooking the playground and toboggan area. Laundry and toilet downstairs also.

Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
