This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.
