Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Straight out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also swabergs and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has parking space with main road to the cabin and with the cabin, somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Kristiansand Zoo and Sørland Center. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140 cm, and one with a bunk bed 120+75. There is the possibility of an extra mattress and a travel bed for a baby. Located on the 2nd floor, there are stairs up with a private entrance. Swimming area nearby and 1.2 km to the grocery store open on Sundays. Check-in after 3 pm, check-out before 11 am. Other times by appointment. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
