Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Contains hallway, bathroom with tiles and heating cables on the floor, toilet, sink and shower. Washing machine. Sleeping alcove with room for 2 people in a bunk bed. 1 bedroom with double bed, which can be turned into a sofa if you want an extra TV room. Kitchen has everything one should need and has a dining table with room for 6 people. Living room with wood burning stove, TV and exit terrace on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels must be brought.

Our new cabin apartment is located in the center of Hovden, yet the view is untouched nature, hiking trail and the river Otra. Within 500 m you will find a shop, cafe/bakery, restaurant, pub, water park, hiking trails both in summer and winter. Swimming area and playground. Alpine slopes and cross-country tracks in winter and bicycle tracks and trails in summer. Here you live comfortably with a short distance to everything. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. There are many family friendly hikes, but also climbing routes swimming and fishing possibilities in the area.
