Cabin holiday rentals in Hovden

We had a wonderful holiday cabin of J. and M.. Even before we arrived, we felt welcome and very well informed by J. and M.. Both hosts responded to messages within a very short time and recommended, for example, dreamy hiking in the vicinity. Upon arrival at the residential area, Jonas quickly let us open the barrier. Through the key safe, we could easily and easily get into the cabin. There was everything you need for a relaxing and very comfortable holiday: the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality dishes, good wine glasses and pots. Even a food processor, a kitchen scale, a waffle iron and baking molds are available. In addition, there is a robot vacuum cleaner. A cell phone is located in the cottage, which allows you to open the barrier on your own. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are furnished to a high standard. The jacuzzi on the terrace is an absolute highlight.

Nice house, very spacious with 6 people. Next to the slopes, so easy in and out skiing. Good facilities

Great newer cabin that was warm when we arrived. The same was the jacuzzi. The cabin was tastefully decorated and the kitchen contained all the equipment one could need. Morten was very nice and easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed. Recommend!

The cabin had everything we needed, Reidar was a satisfying host. Definitely worth the trip

the house had everything it is stated on the site, well equiped for a big group. the house has parking space for only 2/3 cars, we had to park in a nearby empty cabin. we were suprised that no wood was present on premisses. it was the first time we rented a cabin without wood. the house it self does not need it, it was warm enough, but we had to take a quick run to the supermarket to buy wood for the hot tub, it was not far but it would have been nice to know in beforehand. we also did not find butane for the pizzaovn. the slopes are only a couple meters from the cabin. we enjoyed the stay and recommend.

Great house in a ski area but also during Summer time lots of quietness, hiking opportunities and awesome nature around. Definitely enjoyed our stay and communication with Svenn-Erik was superb! Thanks again

great location, cozy, clean, well equipped

A gem that has to be experienced. Real seaters charm with lots of details that created a lovely atm, good old-fashioned cabin feel. Perfect location right by the ski slopes. Here we felt at home from the time we came in the door. The panel stove was turned on inside the bedroom so it was warm and warm when we arrived on a cold afternoon. Good with firewood in the stall and we got eventually heat in the living room. The kitchen contains everything you need and in the stall was also a new gas grill we used. The covered terrace located west facing was just perfect this sunny weekend. Øystein and Hanne were quick to respond. Here we will come back:)

We had great days in the mountains. Very lucky with the Easter as well🥰! The cabin is very rich. Good beds, sauna, cozy and conveniently decorated. Nice outdoor areas with fire pit and good seating. We had a fantastic time at Nina's house. It was actually more cozy and spacious than we expected, comfortable and nicely decorated. Really a surprise. The surroundings are magnificent, quiet (the silence is a treat), the view is great. Beautiful walks directly from the house. Also further away, the landscape is overwhelmingly beautiful. In short, highly recommended. We would love to come back sometime. Nina is also a friendly host, helpful and flexible.

We are very to have stayed here. So nice to connect to nature and enjoy this cabin house. So cozy with the fireplace and beautiful beams. The area is beautiful near a lake where we went on a little stroll with a wooden boat. Nice!!! Perfect place to read books take a swimm in the lake and hike. The centre of Fyresdal has a nice cafe Hvelvet. Good coffee and cinnamon rolls

Great location by the water and with the creek as the closest neighbor, cozy cabin with good amenities in the kitchen and plenty of wood for firing. Nice patio for food and sunbathing.

Sunniva's place is great - even more cozy than in the pictures! We felt comfortable immediately and we didn't miss anything! I can only agree that there is a superbly equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired! The fireplace and sauna were our highlight! We would book again and can definitely recommend the cabin! The house is cozy, well located and super well-equipped. Everything was fine when we arrived. Recommends with pleasure!

We were able to fulfill our expectation of a quiet and simple holiday through this beautiful accommodation. The hut is in an idyllic setting right on a large lake. We didn't get much from the neighbors. Their structure is rather simple. Water itself must be pumped for shower and sink and there is a flush toilet. But what we liked very much. The fireplace is great to call the entire cabin. Overall, the cabin is even better than the pictures. Contact with Dag was always very straightforward and friendly. Dag always responded quickly and constructively. We had a really very nice stay. Thanks for that Dag! This cabin is a recommendation for anyone looking for a getaway.

A great place and a great host. It all looks like the pictures, was in top condition and super clean. The accommodation convinces with a great view, a very cozy living room and two wonderful bathrooms. Very elegantly furnished and in a great condition. We felt right at home and would come back any time. The place is worth the money.

We enjoyed a lovely and very peaceful time. The cottage is beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished. Due to the bad weather, we spent little time outside, but enjoyed the view of the countryside very much and took short walks in the area. Anne Marie was always immediately available and very helpful. ☺️

Lovely cabin in stunning nature. We found peace and quiet in the forest and on the water. The cabin has everything you need. We will be coming back for sure.
