Fabulous sunny, social space & garden where you can all chat, cook, drink, chill together. Next to Richardson Rd where you find cafes, butcher, beauty salon, newsagent, general shop…a buzzy community hidden gem. Beach, tennis, padel, skate park & Hove lagoon with its water sports centre, playground, shops & pubs etc 5 minutes walk. City centre is just a 15 min bus ride or 10 min by taxi. The house is super quiet to get a great nights sleep & escape the hubbub of Brighton and a great base.
