In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Koppla av med familjen i denna charmiga stuga, belägen i ett lugnt och avskilt område med fantastisk utsikt och privat tomt. 100 meter till sjön med brygga och grillplats .är det en perfekt plats för avkoppling.året om. Finns en liten roddbåt med motor att tillgå vid förfrågan. Två kajaker tillgängliga. Åre ligger 1,5 timme bort och Vemdalen samt Bydalsfjällen . en timme, vilket ger tillgång till fantastiska utflyktsmål året om. Husdjur är välkomna! Promenadväg nära!

Cottage beautifully situated on the former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. It is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.

Upstairs two beds that are 120 centimeters wide each as well as mattress to put on the floor if needed. The cottage is free of charge and smoking is not allowed.
