Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and own boat.

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!
