Room in a quiet neighborhood

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

I offer accommodation in a 1+kk (1st floor) in a quiet location of the Pardubice housing estate Polabiny. The apartment is fully equipped. Kitchen including basic equipment, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, stove, coffee, tea, water, shower, towels, toilet, TV, WiFi. The apartment includes a large loggia for pleasant relaxation. Possibility of sitting in warm days. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking at the house. Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
