Everything was spectacular!’ Super well located, close to the beach, a winery one block away, the condominium super well and very friendly all those who were working there. Vanessa and Enrique's communication was incredible from 1 l, super fast and friendly. The apartment is super comfortable, very easy to access and the terrace is the best part of everything, comldisima!! I would come back without thinking, thank you very much Vanessa and Enrique!!

Ampharo is an excellent host, we loved the apartment, the condominium.... We will return soon to enjoy a few days of relaxation. 💯% recommended!!!

The apartment is just like the photos and description, the condominium is excellent, many things to do inside, always clean, tidy and safe, the people are very friendly. The beach San Bartolo also has a spectacular sea, and you find everything, places to shop, eat, have fun, you can do many things there and nearby. We had an entire month and it fascinated us.

Great location at San Bartolo Beach with a view of the ocean on the balcony. The pool, kids playground and barbecue area were very good. We were there in middle of high season which was fine because it slowed down during the weekdays. Fastest elevators I have ever seen. Gabrielle was accommodating and always available. Would like to go back again. Thanks for the late check out!

Jorge's Dept. is as described. It is small but functional enough for 4 people (we were 4 women (my adult nieces and my cousin). We had a quiet and family weekend. Jorge was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Nice flat in great complex, already thinking of booking again. Has really useful electronic lock with password so no worries about losing keys on the beach! Beds are super comfy and great water pressure and nice hot showers. Already looking at booking again next month!

Enrique is very friendly and always attentive to any query ✨ the apartment is just like the photos, very nice, comfortable and has everything you need. The sheets, pillows and towels are all very clean!! We had a great time, super recommended🤍

Great stay! We had a few days with the family, amazing!!! the house is beautiful, everything clean, instead. The level of detail in the decorative spaces is really cozy. Very close to the beach.... We'll be back soon!

Great place and excellent host. San Bartolo is nice beach, close to other nice beaches like Santa Maria and Punta Hermosa. Ideal spot to spend some time off with the family.

Ivette, next to José -su Papá-, excellent hosts. They made our days of rest, an excellent experience. The apartment and condominium highly recommended. José and Ivett, they were always attentive to our queries. We wish them a lot of health and success.

I recommend the beach house. It has an excellent location, with quick access to the beach, and common areas such as pool and gym. The house has comfortable facilities, and very well-distributed spaces. The location is perfect for Plaza de San Bartolo, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host of the place was always very kind, helpful and attentive to answer any questions. I 100% recommend the place to spend it with family and/or/or friends.

Nice duplex. Very well equipped. Nothing that is missing from this apartment. Very well located, in a fairly safe condominium, with several amenities and very friendly staff, just 3-4 blocks from the beach and a block away is a market that takes you out of trouble every day. Ideal for spending a few days with the family. Milagros and her husband super friendly, always attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

The condo is very nice, the photos shown in the publication do not do the condominium justice, I recommend it 100%, very quiet, safe and with all the amenities.

The house was a very cozy place. We spent my sister's birthday as a family, everything was very quiet, the place was safe, Andrea was always aware of any inconvenience

The place was very well furnished, the kitchen with all the possible messages, there were soap and shampoo dispensers in all the bathrooms, quite a few towels, various board games. Each room with its bathroom. the beds are very comfortable. The only thing if we had to walk a bit to get into the beach why in the nearby entrances they were with restrictions. But very happy with the place.

The house was in perfect condition and full of accessories to have fun. My friends and I had a great time on New Year's Eve. Definitely highly recommended!

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

This is my second visit to the house in Punta Negra, and once again exceeded our expectations. The spaces are spacious, to enjoy as a family and with my pets. Great location, just steps from the beach. The common areas, such as the terrace, grill and dining room, are perfect for relaxing and sharing the moment. We had a wonderful stay. Milagros, the host, was very kind, attentive to every detail and flexible with our requirements, which made our experience even better. I would definitely come and stay here again. I recommend it.
