Our new apartment is your perfect Spring and Summer retreat, it is near public transport and surrounded by peaceful nature and trails. We have a forest behind the house and a lake in front. Suitable for everyone who loves nature and wants to stay near the city while experiencing a stylish Swedish home with a relaxing countryside feeling.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

Välkommen till vår villa i Stockholm. Bo bekvämt i vår helt nybyggd lägenhet i vårt trevåningshus strax söder om Stockholm. Egen ingång från markplan, 15 minuter in till stan med tunnelbanan. Tillgång till delad trädgård på sommaren med studsmatta för barn. Man måste dock vara tyst på kvällen så inte grannar störs. Lägenheten är på 40 kvadrat med två rum, kök samt toalett och dusch. Byggd 2019 och med exklusiva materialval. Två rum och kök ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett rum med bäddsoffa.

Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.
