We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental property for New Year’s Eve ! Beautiful house, well maintenance great location, easy access in to it.The host was were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I am definitely staying there again soon.

My husband and I stayed for a month and we had a fantastic stay. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to work in. The property is so peaceful and serene. We spent most of our time by and in the pool and it was so relaxing. Summer was an amazing host, always responding within just a few minutes.

I rented this home to accommodate my family of 6 over Christmas. Beautiful home and very comfortable beds, high quality linens and lots of space. I could tell the house was very well set up for summer guests too with plenty of outdoor gathering areas.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home in New Paltz. We were nine family members, ages 6-75, who enjoyed four days here after our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to decompress from a very exciting and magical wedding weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable with a number of areas to relax and enjoy- indoors and out. The pool was a lot of fun, and the house was well provisioned and nicely decorated. It was a rare treat to find a rental house that included basic supplies such as spices, pantry staples like flour and sugar, etc. Ken was an amazing host, very responsive if we had a question and provided a great list of local resources and recommendations that was very helpful. New Paltz is a fun town with a number of good restaurants and more to do in the area than we could manage in four days. Highlights included a day trip to Storm King (fabulous!) and another day to Hyde Park where we visited the Roosevelt homestead and Vanderbilt mansion.

was a very cute place. well maintined and clean. originally i booked it for the pool, but the pool was closed. but it was so quiet and peaceful, it was still enjoyable.

Our family's stay was wonderful. The house had space for our family of 4 plus our kid's 2 friends and pur dog. The house provided multiple options of water vessels, so we went row boating, kayaking and peddle boating. We woke up to the beautiful lake each morning, had coffee of the dock while being greeted by the geese. The kitchen had wverything we needed to feed 6 people. The garage was another space for the kids to play in at night. We are looking forward to future visits, especially in warmer weather.

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

Dee was very responsive when we could not locate the wine opener and rectified the situation. The house is great for a large group. Was perfect way to celebrate a bride in a non traditional bachelorette type way.

My family and friends stayed at Vikas place during Easter weekend and we loved the house. It was very clean, well organized, quite and has everything you expect and some more! Kids loved the hottub, firepit, game room, Nex playground game system (now they want one 😃), and adults were able to relax, catch up and join the fun too. Vikas is very helpful and responsive and we'll definitely recommend it to our friends and family! Looking forward to staying at Vikas place again in the near future!

Overall we had great experience at the house. The inner decorations were cozy and comfortable, and the design was awesome! The host was responsive when the new door lock had some issues. 100% recommend staying at this house!

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

It was spectacular house, beautifully maintained, and restored to its historic beauty. Lake George is beautiful and the village of Bolton Landing is charming. Plenty of room for 11 of us to make meals and have fun together. My only complaint was that it was in the middle of a construction site – with noisy machinery and workers all around the house. Sunday was quiet. However, we tried to focus on the beauty of it – and Kim, the hostess, did everything she could to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house – just check on the status of the construction first.

This was a return visit of a group of medical professionals taking continuing education class in the area. Villa favorita is perfect for our large group. Lots of space for everyone to have their own bedroom but also to come together for group dinners and class discussion.

We absolutely loved our springtime stay! Incredible space inside and outside that enabled our kids ample room to explore and have fun. Ann Marie was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable!

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

What a great condo in the best location! Unbeatable for the price. The condo was spotless, and had every amenity as described. Plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable! We really felt right at home. And the fire place was so nice! We’d definitely recommend this for a great weekend get away!

Paul’s place had the style of grand old home but it didn’t feel old: everything worked as it should, the kitchen and baths were updated and gorgeous. Amazing. We visited with family over 3 days and it was a fantastic, comfortable place to be together. Paul was gracious and helpful. Furniture and beds were of high quality and comfy. The grand piano in the living room was an extraordinary instrument and very much in tune - it was played for hours. All the guests gushed about the place, several saying it felt like a classic movie set. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed it. We very highly recommend

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Very nice location on the lake. No noise from road or neighbors and very little light pollution st night.

Wow, this has been one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed at. Straight out of Architectural Digest indeed - Jenna has a true eye for outstanding decor! Jenna is a host to dream of! Thank you we had a beautiful weekend!
