The decor is modern and Scandinavian with new facilities and large sunny terraces. Good opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing and skiing (cross-country + alpine) Only 7 km to Åseda with great shops and public transport.

Karlsborg

The house, a lovely summer dream with carpenter's joy, is located in the pleasant village of Hagelsrum, 5 km from Målilla. It was built in 1907, carefully renovated, bright and welcoming. Apple trees, peonies and lilacs. A little further down, the Silverån river winds its way. The pastures outside the plot extend far and make the landscape sunny, bright and beautiful. There is plenty of forest where you can wander around, pick berries and mushrooms, enjoy coffee in a thermos with a sandwich, listen to the silence and feel the scents of the forest.

In the middle of the idyllic Småland village of Katebo, you will find the red house that was built in the 1930s. The house has several interior details from the original period and subsequent decades. Some modernisations have been made, such as a new shower room and a fridge/freezer/cooker. The living room, hallway and bedroom have been renovated. In the immediate surroundings, you will find meadows, forest and wetlands with a rich variety of animal and bird life. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. Bicycles are available to borrow; it's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the town centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

The yellow house in the old festival town of Hultsfred

This little yellow house is situated in the legendary festival village of Hultsfred - where one of Sweden's first and biggest festival took place from 1986-2009. You find the house between the central village and the beautiful park that used to be the festival area and today host a lovely scenery, a camping area and historical wooden houses kept as they were back in the 1800s. We rent out the house based on self-service which means you as a guest is responsible for cleaning before you leave.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter.
