Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Humboldt County

The rocky cliffs waves crashing view is wowzy. The roads to get there are a bit nerve racking if your used to mostly flat roads.

This cozy little apartment is just the right place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Not only is the unique design exactly as fun and beautiful as the pictures, but it was also highly functional. The stairs to the loft are perfectly designed for easy foot placement so getting down and up was smooth and comfortable. Peggy and Albo are amazing hosts, who flawlessly create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. They are highly responsive to questions and are quick to help if there are any problems. I would definitely stay here again and recommend friends to stay here too.

Loved my stay with my two girlfriends! One queen bed was soft, and the other was firm, so something for everyone. The kitchen was functional and clean, though we did not use it. The location is very walkable, and we wholeheartedly agree with the hosts’ dining and activity recommendations. Sunset from the street is beautiful. Check in was smooth and flexible. The hot tub was perfect. There are a washer and dryer on the premises, but FYI you will need cash to leave on an honor system, which we did not know. Overall, we are pleased with our choice to stay here ahead of our Avenue of the Giants 10k. Thank you!!

Stayed here with my family and we loved it. The place is cute, the hot tub was a great addition, and it was great that we had access to bicycles. We also loved being so close to the town center, it was easy to go visit the farmers market on saturday and take walks to get coffee and breakfast.

*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* What a fantastic little apartment/ townhouse in Arcata, CA. it was clean, there's an espresso machine, and the rooms were appropriate sizes. The only small request (which may alrt be fixed by the time you book this) I have for the team is adding *blinds* to the main room and kitchen. I felt akin to being in a fishbowl, especially at night when I can't see outside, and the windows glass doors have nothing to cover them, leaving us feeling like people might be watching us, which is just a normal feeling when there are no blinds (nothing weird or creepy about the actual area or Airbnb, just my feelings whenever there are no blinds). This is a very minimal issue in my opinion.I would stay here again and again, with or without blinds lol I genuinely enjoyed the stay. it is situated close enough to walk to any part of the main town within 10 minutes.

Eric and Dorian were super easy to work with. Very responsive with communication and local tips. The place itself is amazing with fantastic views, beautiful garden and such a pleasant quaint town. Grocery, shops, restaurants, coffee shop, nice hiking trail right out front! The beach is visiible from the front deck with a nice short walk to both that and the pier. A fantastic spot to cook a nice meal in the kitchen or at the grill, lots of outdoor coffee and dining space. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub are super bonus on either a rainy day or a salty dip. We had both sun and rain the place is perfect for either. Thanks so much for sharing such a special property.

The mini apartment was perfect for our trip. Super clean and super quiet location! The bed was comfortable and helpful after our multiple hikes. The location was decorated well and had a cool vibe with their record player that had a couple of great albums. Hosts responded quickly to our messages.

My husband and I loved staying here for a few days. The home was clean and comfortable. The location was nestled back into a super cute area and located near the most beautiful beaches and forest hikes. We will definitely stay here again if we come back! ❤️😊

We had a short, sweet and perfectly nice stay at Joyce's place- the bed is amazing! Very comfortable with quality linens. Everything was very clean, and we had just what we needed. The neighborhood is safe and a short drive to restaurants/services. The internet was good- there's no TV in the room, so it was nice to be able to stream things as we relaxed. We would be happy to return!

What a beautiful and perfect place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. The view and sunset was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The wood burning fireplace was already set up for use and added a nice touch to our evening. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had such a great stay.

The home is beautiful with fantastic views of the ocean, sunset and surrounding areas. The guidebook was helpful for locating local restaurants & places to see. It was a very relaxing 4 days with family!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's and would absolutely stay there again. The house was very clean, spacious, modern, bright, nicely decorated, well-stocked, and comfortable. Michelle provided lots of amenities (2 hair dryers, an iron, lots of soft towels, etc.) as listed in the description. The sun room was a great place to spend afternoon's after hiking, as it was nice and warm, even when the weather was windy outside. The grassy yard was huge and provided a great space for our dogs to play. The garage was very clean and available to park in for charging our EV. The walk to downtown Arcata was easy and flat. Michelle was a great host and extremely responsive. We really hope to be able to stay there again the next time we travel to Arcata.

This house is absolutely stunning! It has incredible views of the Pacific Ocean, with swells of waves pounding on beautiful rock formations in the distance. Playing pickle ball while overlooking the beautiful environ was just what our family was looking for on our stay in the redwoods. Our host was incredibly responsive when we needed additional supplies and we felt right at home on their incredible property. It also had great access to many hikes and gorgeous Redwood features in the region. We would highly recommend! Check out the Larrupin Restaurant for a great fine dining experience and the Trinidad eatery for a delicious breakfast, brunch, or early dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay at Shelter Cove, the views were unbeatable and it was also a great night for stargazing. We enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi in the living room that looked out into the ocean. Everything was incredible comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

We stopped at Simy’s for two nights during our honeymoon! The house and the beach were breathtaking and we enjoyed the quietness of the area in October. A few cute little restaurants and coffee shops but overall small town feel which we loved and we had everything we needed! Honestly, one of the absolute coolest places I have ever lodged at!
