You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. The bed is made and towels, etc. are ready, as are shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. The most basic kitchen items as well as coffee/tea are here, of course. Welcome :)

The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, living room with dining table and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for 2 people, as well as cable TV, bedroom with double bed, closet space and ironing board.

The house is centrally located in Asserball forest close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with short distance to beach and all sights on Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of bedding for 1 people on the sleeping chair in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be agreed, the price will be DKK 350, there is a leaflet in the house with information about payment.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the beach promenade and Gendarmstien. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a brick master villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The home is a non-smoking home, which can accommodate up to 4 people. As a rule, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help you with this. We charge a small fee for this.
