Just a 10-minute drive to the Straja chairlift — where mountain views and adventure await. Activities in the area: • Mountain hiking: Straja, Retezat • ATV and mountain bike rental • Winter sports: skiing The exterior of the chalet is not completely finished, but the interior is fully furnished and functional. NO work is being carried out during your stay.

SkyhighRetezat is located in the Retezat National Park in Tara Hategului. You are in the middle of mother nature at the base of the Retezat mountains. Relax at this peacefully unique and remote place. You can visit all kinds of attraction points like castles, ruins, monasteries, lakes, you can do bike, atv trips and of course mountain trips! Log house, Petrosani, near the Parâng mountains

The cottage has a spacious living room with a sofa bed. In the living room there is a fireplace and next to it there is the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, fruit juicer, dishwasher, microwave and other utilities. The house also has a washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 people. The accommodation capacity is for 6 people (4 in the bedrooms and 2 in the living room, on the extendable sofa)

A perfect area for relaxation  of abundant biodiversity. You can hike on the mountain and visit areas of tourist interest such as Grohot Bridge. If you love adrenaline, you can rent  bicycles and descend on "downhill" trails including from the Peak. Gaina (1486 m) located 20 km away.
