Their special feature is that they took the environment into account during their design, so they did not cut down any trees and they have no partition walls. Thanks to its air filtration system, allergy sufferers can also enjoy the atmosphere of the “cleanest air settlement”. Pets aren't allowed. Children aren't allowed!

We have renovated the rooms in 2020, the bathroom in 2023. It is a modern but retro apartment with old and new stuff - I like colours, cosiness and functionality. The house itself is a socialist gem, built in the early Stalin regime when the government hadn't yet come up with the idea of small flats :) We do a thorough, antibacterial full cleaning before you come (and after you leave). You are usually welcome to stay from Friday till Tuesday, write to us if you have a question!

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
