The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

After a pause in operating while nursing my mother ( hence having to re - earn our Super host status) we are again offering The "Retreat" at The Fox at Peasemore as a lovely, relaxing, quality self-contained apartment. It has its own private entrance, the added bonus being, it is attached to an award winning & highly rated country pub. (See our website for trading hours). Set in the beautiful rural village of Peasemore, 6 miles from Newbury & just a 30 minute drive to Oxford or Marlborough.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

Charming Kintbury Cottage

This charming Victorian terraced cottage is situated in the heart of Kintbury. There are plenty of lovely walks nearby and the Kennet & Avon canal is within easy reach for fishing and cycling. The village has 2 nice pubs, a very good corner store and a delicatessen just a few minute's walk away. The property is also only a short distance from the station for trains to Newbury/Hungerford (5 minutes), Reading (35 minutes) or London (50 minutes).

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)

Annex with its own access and pretty courtyard garden. Off-street parking. Check in is from 3pm, check out is 11am 15 minute walk to Caversham, 30 minute walk to Reading Station. King size bed with good quality linen and a well equipped bathroom and kitchen. Doggie friendly!
