Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Fjällbacka Kalvö

Unique accommodation on its own headland in the middle of the Fjällbacka archipelago. You can get here by pre-ordered transport. Phone number will be sent to you after booking. The family has lived here since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origin has been taken care of with great care. There are two houses for rent in different combinations. The houses are tastefully furnished to a high standard and are located on the beach with a private jetty and a lake house. There is also a sauna to rent for SEK 1,000.

House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to a lake and natural surroundings. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50.
