From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. Here you live in a quiet area with cycling distance (about 10 minutes) to central Hunnebostrand and only about a 15-minute walk to saltwater swimming in beautiful Ulebergshamn. Completely non-smoking accommodation, both indoors and outdoors. No pets allowed due to allergies.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

The accommodation is within walking distance to lovely swimming on beautiful St. Görans Island or to cozy restaurants in the harbor, as well as proximity to the golf course and Nordens Ark by car. To the bus stop, it is about a 10-minute walk. There are 3 beds in 2 bedrooms, 140 cm, 80 cm and 70 cm. Low ceiling height in the small bedroom. Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

At the back of the house, you have a large fenced lawn, perfect for playing. In the house you will find 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. In the lovely bright and spacious living room, you will also find the kitchen, all in an open plan with high ceilings and views from all windows. If you have visitors, you can make up the sofa bed in the living room.
