This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Our studio is a peaceful, quite centrally located place. Pied-à-terre, located on the historic hospital hill, is a detached self contained flat with a living/bedroom area, with a queen bed and a double fold out sofa bed. It has a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster only. It's at the rear of the property amidst a lovely garden. A quiet escape from the busy downtown of Cessnock only a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and a 8 minute drive to the gateway of the Hunter Valley Vineyards.

Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
