NEST AT BLUE BAY is a luxury couples accommodation situated in the middle of the two spectacular bays, Blue Bay and Toowoon Bay. Both beaches are just a 5 minute stroll away with the trendy local cafes and boutique restaurants in the village less than 200m away. Sunsets by the lake a must, 20 minute walk. Nest is suitable for 2 guests (1 king BEDROOM + luxurious BATH tub, SHOWER and small KITCHENETTE, living room and private deck. Laundry and carport) We have a hooded bbq on the deck.

A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep.
