Located right at the tip of the thumb is Port Austin which is a perfect location for watching both the sunrise and the sunset over Lake Huron. Port Austin has many hiking trails including the distinct Turnip Rock. Peaceful and centrally-located cottage on the south side of M25. Just minutes from downtown Port Austin and Caseville. Rental available in all seasons. Summer is the favorite, come up during the fall to see the color change, the snow is beautiful in the winter and it’s VERY quiet.

We provide you with 2 bikes and helmets, 2 kayaks, drinking water filtered by reverse osmosis system. You will have your private beach with chairs and beach towels. You can enjoy time on the porch in the back of the cottage. There is an herb garden for you to use for cooking and tea making. Please note: we share a backyard with the cottage.
