Rosenlundsstugan is located in the Rosenlund area of Jönköping, just 3 km from the town centre. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Also close to Elmia (300 m walking distance), Rosenlundsbadet swimming pool and Husqvarna Garden. You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. A single-story villa in a quiet area. The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the larger bathroom, there is access to sauna and hot tub. Large social area with kitchen island, dining table and sofa group. There are two larger beds, a 180 and a 160 bed, as well as 4 single beds. There is the possibility to sleep on a mattress for larger groups. Large patio at the back with barbecue and social areas. Driveway to the house with space for 3 cars to stand. Bus stop is 1 minute from the house.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. We choose good quality sheets/pillows. Towels that give a luxurious feel, and we offer a Jacuzzi and loan of bicycles for a small fee. With us, you are always welcome!
